Hydraulic Fan System Controllers such as the HFS controls a hydraulically driven fan system. The HFS controller accepts three thermistor and two digital inputs and provides a PWM output to control the proportional valve of the fan drive. The HFS-2 adds the reverse or purge feature to the HFS. And the new HFS-J has the added feature of J1939 CANbus communication.
Hydraulic Generator Controller (HGC) is used to regulate the frequency output of an AC generator. By monitoring the output signal of a generator, the controller will drive a proportional valve’s solenoid to reach and maintain the set-point frequency. User settings and adjustments to the regulation process are made via a computer through the Serial Communications System.
Power-Line (PLD) - The universal single or dual coil PWM driver to stock for your open loop amplifier, electronic HP limiter and closed loop speed control applications.
Standard open loop proportional driver: Control
dual or single proportional coils on pumps, directional control valves
and other devices in an open loop (no feedback) configuration. Coil
current is controlled to match the input command signal. Minimum current
setting controls minimum speed or displacement and eliminates dead band.
Maximum current setting sets maximum speed or displacement. Auto
calibration provides maximum resolution from input device. Can be
operated with standard 10K potentiometer (included), or analog signal
such as from a joystick. Has fault monitoring for loss of command signal
safety. The HAU series valve driver provides precise control of a single coil proportional valve and enables the user to add ramping and/or dither to minimize stiction and hysteresis of the valve. The HAD series valve driver is the same as the HAU, but drives a dual coil proportional valve. The LCU, a single coil proportional valve driver tailored for use on low current EDC valves such as Sauer-Danfoss™ 90 series.
The HDU single coil and HDD dual coil PWM valve driver has been designed specifically to be an Apitech/Parker VPL compatible Valve driver. Solid potted design assures reliable performance on harshest applications., multiple input types assure you meet application requirements and 33 Hz (standard) & 75 Hz available.
The HP proportional single coil or dual coil valve drivers use PWM to vary current to the valves. This driver uses a microprocessor to read user controls and regulate coil current. Ten turn potentiometers are provided to allow the user to adjust the maximum current(s), minimum current(s), ramp time(s), and where applicable, the crossover between coils, the dither amplitude, dither frequency. If preferred, all or some of these pots can be eliminated and these settings can be accomplished via the HCT Serial Communications System.
The PR operates as an Anti-Stall/HP Limiting Controller and adjusts its outputs as a function of the input RPM. Anti-stall, or HP load limiting, progressively de-couples the load from the motor as RPM decreases to avoid stalling the engine. The Anti-Stall action is used to prevent a sudden increase in load from causing the engine to stall before the operator has a chance to increase the throttle or decrease the load, or to automatically adjust the load without operator intervention. User settings and adjustments to the regulation process are made via a computer through the Serial Communications System.
