Programmable DVC Family
The DVC module family is user programmable with combinations of modules able to support a wide range of hydraulic control applications. "DVC710 and "DVC7 are the master controllers and their flexible hardware and software allow them to run many hydraulic control applications as a single module. The master controllers are programmable using the HCT Programming Tools. The BIOS software provides high-level data to your program regarding the state of each of your system inputs while the actual input/output electrical interfacing to sensors, joysticks, potentiometers and valves is automatically handled for you.
The DVC710 & DVC7 and all DVC expansion modules are packaged in small rugged enclosures. All connectors are sealed and each module is encapsulated to withstand extreme conditions in harsh operating environments. The hardened enclosures allow you to locate the DVC modules near the sensors, valves, etc. they will control. This can greatly minimize the amount of cabling in your system and significantly lower your costs.

Generator Controller
The highly cost effective HGC-2 is designed to control a generator driven by a hydraulic motor where speed is controlled by a proportional solenoid valve,either directly at the motor or as part of the pump compensator.
The HGC-2 is a closed loop controller that monitors the AC line voltage from the generator output for outer loop closure and provides the necessary current to a valve coil in order to maintain the desired generator frequency. The HGC-2 has a single LED indicator on the top of the unit to provide an overview of the operating status
As with all of the HCT modules, the HGC-2 is packaged in a small rugged enclosure. All connectors are sealed and the module is encapsulated to withstand extreme conditions in the harsh mobile operating environment.
Digital Valve & Pump Driver Family
Standard open loop proportional driver: Control dual or single proportional coils on pumps, directional control valves and other devices in an open loop(no feedback) configuration. Coil current is controlled to match the input command signal. Minimum current setting controls minimum speed or displacement and eliminates dead band. Maximum current setting sets maximum speed or displacement. Auto calibration provides maximum resolution from input device. Can be operated with standard 10K potentiometer (included), or analog signal such as from a joystick. Has fault monitoring for loss of command signal safety.
RPM Regulator Anti-Stall/HP Limiting Controller: Adjusts its’ outputs as a function of the input RPM. Anti-stall, or HP load limiting, progressively de-couples the load from the motor as RPM decreases to avoid stalling the engine. This method is typically used in situations where the operator controls the engine throttle and the load changes independently. The Anti-Stall action is used to prevent a sudden increase in load from causing the engine to stall before the operator has a chance to increase the throttle or decrease the load, or to automatically adjust the load without operator intervention.
Analog Valve Driver Family
The HAU, is a single coil proportional valve driver, provides precise control of a single coil proportional valve and can be tailored for use on low current EDC valves such as Sauer-Danfoss™ 90 series or up to 5 Amps and enables the user to add ramping and/or dither to minimize stiction and hysteresis of the valve. The HAU comes standard with terminal strips or the optional Weatherpack connectors.
The HAD, is a dual coil proportional valve driver, provides precise control of a dual coil proportional valve up to 5 Amps and enables the user to add ramping and/or dither to minimize stiction and hysteresis of the valve. The HAD comes standard with terminal strips or the optional Weatherpack connectors.
The Plug Top Drivers (PTD) are designed to control single valve coils, and come in 12 or 24V versions that can interface with 4-20mA or 0-10V command signals. Each controller comes pre-wired with 3M/10 feet of 4 core color coded cable as well as a complete mounting kit allowing secure connection to any valve with a DIN 43650 interface.
